Movement Music Festival is one of North America’s biggest techno events. Occurring every Memorial Day weekend, the renowned festival has been canceled the last few years but makes its triumphant return to Detroit in 2022. Tresor travels from Berlin to pick things up where Daniel Bell left them, when the last record of his glistening 2019 sunrise garden set came to an end. Dancers cuddled and made the promise to return and meet again. Same time, same place. The annual reunion at Tangent Gallery around the sound of Tresor. Only then, time got suspended indefinitely. Rounding things out on a special outdoor stage is the inherently talented Lupe Fuentes, alongside Owie & Parmajawn, Tres Mortimer, Frivolous Jackson and Crystal, completing this sure to be remembered holiday celebration.

The Annual Backyard Day Party has returned to raise funds for The Bassment-Detroit. There will be very limited tickets for this event where you get to meet and eat with some of techno music’s hottest producers and DJs.
