This week’s Guest Mix is CYNTHESZR, a Texas-based techno producer and DJ who’s influenced by the sounds of early Hard Trance and Industrial Techno. Growing up with electronic music for most of her life, she began DJing in 2019 and dove right into producing towards the end of 2021.
Hottrax is a well-established record label run by Jamie Jones and itâs the imprint that first introduced Patrick Topping to the world. The record label is a stripped-back and techy sibling to Hot Creations, which is Jamie Jones’ other label project. Now, the latest Hottrax release comes from the Italian artist Lorenzo De Blanck.
After releasing records on L.I.E.S, Jealous God, Semantica, and his own label project Summa Cum Laude to name a few, Domenico Crisci quickly rose to prominence among purveyors of timeless techno.
This week’s Guest Mix is French techno DJ and young Producer, Yakafokon â an artist who has been entrenched in electronic music for over a decade. For the past years, he has been exploring techno scenes around Europe.
In the studio, just as in the DJ booth, Konstantin lives and breathes the idea that music is fluid and that setting constraints based on convention and expectation will only hinder musical personality. He moves fleet-footed between musical categories, with characteristic confidence and a quintessential style that shines through.
Luca De-Santo may be a familiar name to some, this rising star emerged back in 2015 when he gained wide recognition for his signature melodic techno sound. From holding multiple residencies and hosting his own events in his hometown of Glasgow, before venturing out to play the likes of BPM Festival, Warehouse Project, and Amsterdam Dance Event. He landed two Beatport top 20 records after signing to Carl Coxâs Intec Digital. Then the pandemic hit in 2020 bringing his career to a halt, but Luca is more than excited to be releasing music again in 2022.
We were lucky enough to invite Luca on for a 6AM Guest Mix to celebrate his return. We also managed to grab Luca for a chat to find out more about his personal journey over the past few years and to talk about his new direction and release on Aether Recordings.
This week’s Guest Mix is hailing from Texas â DJ Bluegucci is a DJ/Produce who likes to stay on the funky and groovy side of Techno. His love for the early 2000s tribal hard groove shows throughout his mixes and tune production.
The Swedish producer Peder Mannerfelt presents a new mixtape series called PMx â the natural extension to the PM+ single series, PMx is set to feature mixes by friends and collaborators of Peder, alongside established and future talents. PMx kicks off with a mix by the man himself, his presentation of the hottest music of the moment, including a sneak peek of the upcoming exclusive mix single from Aasthma, a collaboration between Mannerfelt and PĂ€r Grindvik featuring the legendary Swedish rapper Silvana Imam.
Next month, he will also include confirmed guests for the PMx series such as Klara Lewis, Pariah, and Glasser. Also taking place next month, Peder will also be performing a live set at the Draaimolen Festival that will take place September 9-10, 2022 in the Netherlands.
