Welcome to FĂRGE: The New Club Coming to Sheffield
A new nightclub is opening in Sheffield next month. Located in a former Victorian steel forge on Effingham Road, FĂRGE overlooks Sheffield & Tinsley Canal. The venue, which will run until 6 A.M., will feature a Pioneer sound system and LED lighting rig. The club will also primarily focus on artists within the U.K. techno scene.
Printworks & Drumsheds Behind New London Club
The team behind Printworks, Depot Mayfield, and Tobacco Docks â Broadwick Live & LWE have joined forces for a new space: The Beams, a new clubbing experience that will open doors in October.
Situated in a warehouse that was once part of the Tate & Lyle factory complex, The Beams will span across 55,000 sq feet of space, both indoors and outdoors. The club will be located in East London, close to London City Airport, providing an industrial space for revelers to enjoy music.
Golden Pudel Reopening in Hamburg
Hamburg institution Golden Pudel welcomed back dancers and DJs, on April 1st.
Following a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the venue will now open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Later this year, the club also plans to resume its six-day schedule.
New Book Takes A Deep Dive Into Berlin’s Clubbing Culture
A brand new book on Berlinâs iconic clubbing scene, Coming To Berlin: Global Journeys Into An Electronic Music And Club Culture, is set to be released this year.
Due for May, the new book explores the German capital over the decades following âintimate encounters with migrants, settlers and newcomers who have made the city their own.”

Goa Club In Rome Closes Its Doors After 26 Years
After serving the dance community in Rome for 26 years, the Goa Club will be closing its doors at Via Libetta on November 8, 2021. According to a DJ Mag Italia interview with co-owner Giancarlino, the closure is due, “…to make way for the construction of university classrooms.” However, if you regret never dancing in the famed club, Giancarlino did tell DJ Mag Italia that Goa will continue on in the future with a different location:
Funke, a New Club & Arts Space in Ghent, Opens This Weekend
While the dance music industry and nightlife have been seeing many of its beloved clubs shut down there’s a new venue welcoming dancegoers. Funke is a 170-capacity venue in Ghent spread across three floors in a 19th-century building. It will open its doors the first weekend of October.
