Starting off December with an ambient fusion is Alex Tomb’s, Guest Mix. Fully known as Alexis Toumpouris, Alex Tomb was born in Nicosia in the 80s and he has always had a passion for electronic music since the early years of his life. At the age of 16, Alex had already bought two turntables and a mixer to start DJing, thus leading him down the musical path of techno. Eventually, in 2003 and 2004, Alex would take fifth place at the DJ Smirnoff Competitions, consequently gaining him more experience and increasing his popularity. As his popularity increased, Alex could only imagine that he would then be DJing regularly at numerous events and even playing alongside the likes of G-Pal, AMX, and Hernan Cattaneo.
This week’s 6AM Guest Mix features a DJ and producer whose sound is deliciously versatile, dynamic, and dance-inducing. As a co-founder of the Los Angeles-based record label, event production brand, and creative collective, Understated and Understated Recordings, Monsieur Frazier has climbed through the ranks of the LA underground scene with his unique blend of musical stylings. Frazier is a curator in every sense of the word, and his influences when it comes to dance music are second to none.
Eric Yaz joins the 6AM Guest Mix family with a live-set from his studio at Washington DC. Producer, Live performer & DJ Eric Yaz is known for his energetic live sets and releases which perfectly alliance between melodic techno/house, progressive house & techno.

Joining 6AM’s weekly Guest Mix is Fers, a certified master creator of underground techno. The mix explores depth and obscurityâtwo ways Brazilian artist, Eduardo Ferrari exceptionally creates the conveyed feeling of reflection with his FERS project. Created by Eduardo himself, the intent behind the project is to awaken a feeling within his listeners, as though they are on a journey; coursing them through the various tales and stories within the parallel world that FERS has created.
Gioh Cecato joins the 6AM Guest Mix series with a one-hour studio mix straight from her home in Miami Beach, FL. Dark but groovy basslines are what defines the unique sound of Gioh. Born in Brazil, At a young age, Gioh was introduced to electronic music at underground clubs in Brazil and from that point she was immediately hooked on the sound and vibe of techno.
6AM is glad to welcome Italian DJ and producer Cristian Collodoro to this week’s Guest Mix. Getting his start at the early age of 14, driven by an interest in disco music he began playing in local clubs. Eventually falling in love with techno Cristian was able to refine his mixing skills and find his true sound. His style is a wonderful blend of charisma and engaging delivery behind the decks.
Frank Spector aka IMPLSE is a DJ/Producer based in Paris. Hip-Hop rooted, he has produced tracks for heavy hitters in the US like Nicki Minaj, Mobb Deep, Freeway and Wu-Tang with his label Get Large Recordz. His productions have secured hit singles for artists and have sold almost four million units.
This week’s Guest Mix comes from Italian DJ and producer Alex Dolby. Having reached the coveted ground of over 15 years of releasing music and seen his high pedigree of creations landing on labels ranging from Global Underground, John Digweedâs Bedrock, to more recently Emmanuelâs ARTS.
