“Man Vs Nature” by Mexico’s Luis Flores has growling bass elements and a sinister feeling of menace locked up in its cinematic and sci-fi sound. The moody dystopia is a highly satisfying trip of dark electronic effects intertwined to contemporary techno. The veteran producer returns for another distinguished contribution to Blank Code as well as having music on Emmauel’s ARTS and Ricardo Garduno’s Illegal Alien.

Max Gardner’s “Delamination” has a deeper feeling than the rest on the EP with spacey chord stabs and a bubbling bassline surrounded by jackin’ claps and clinking accents that really add an ethereal depth. Max has long been an underground talent based in San Francisco and not only has he remixed Drumcell and Truncate, but also runs the Peer Audio label and gigs around the world alongside DVS1, Rødhåd to Stef Mendesidis.

The Blank Code crew also host parties in the city at various clubs with guests like Function, Ben Klock, Ø [Phase], Rebekah, Dustin Zahn, Kangding Ray, Rrose, Adriana Lopez and many more, so if you’re in the area we would highly suggest showing up to one of their exemplary nights.
