If Oratilwe Hlongwane continues at his current rate of DJ-ing he will have accumulated more years of experience by the time heās 16 than some do in a lifetime. The three-year old South African boy, whose DJ name is Arch Jnr, recently made it through to the semifinals on South Africaās Got Talent, laying down a groovy foundation much to the enjoyment of the audience and judges.
As the worldās youngest DJ, Arch Jnr has seemingly endless potential with an astute taste for music. Perhaps he will follow in the footsteps of South African dance stewards Culoe De Song and Black Coffee, but thatās still a long way down the roadā¦but certainly not an unreasonable assumption.
Accompanied on stage by his father, Glen Hlongwane, Arch Jnr shows off his skills with timed effects and an impressive beat juggle that proves he is wise beyond his years. While the young South African still has much to learn, this video indicates that heās well on his way to rocking dance floors around the world.
