The first principle we listed in the 10 Principles For The Electronic Music Industry is “Be Good, Do Good” and it is first for a reason: because without it, we wouldn’t be able to build, foster, and nurture our community.
What are you doing to improve your community? It’s easy to look over the fence at our neighbor’s yard, and criticize or feel jealous. It’s easy to look at others and pinpoint where they are doing wrong. “I would do it this way!” “Why isn’t he doing THIS instead?!” “Why aren’t they fixing this?!” “That lineup sucks, I would put together a better one!”

Today, I like to combine that context together to explain how the right mental attitude + the right working attitude will allow you to dominate like a Lion in everything you do in life starting today: Right Now. The lion has a natural spirit of leadership and that spirit is essentially their attitude.
The attitude you have with any task is the attitude you have with every task.
That is not a typo, I did write the title again because I want you to read it again, and let it soak into your mind.
Throughout any given day there are many tasks we would rather not do. Many chores, duties, responsibilities we would like to ignore or pass on if given the chance to. And sometimes, when given the chance, that is exactly what we do.

Uncertainty permeates the United States, politically and financially. The COVID-19 pandemic is still here. Parties and festivals are still suspended until who knows when. Travel has come to a halt.

Last night the Los Angeles Lakers won their first title in 10 years, the 17th of an incredible journey that continues to teach us invaluable lessons, cementing the purple and gold colors as one of the most respected and winning franchises in the history of the sport.
We must not forget what the Lakers had to endure to get to where they are this morning, waking up after a night celebrating a hard-fought Championship.
