England Passes “Plan B,” Proof of Vax Needed to Enter Clubs

According to the BBC, England has officially passed a measure to require “COVID Passports” for many venues such as night clubs, indoor gatherings of more than 500 people, outdoor gatherings of 4000+, or events with 10,000 or more people no matter the venue. According to another BBC article, “COVID Passports” are essentially proof of full vaccination (2 doses), or proof of a negative test within 48 hours or some type of exemption for the vaccination.

Netherlands Returns To Partial Lockdown, Greatly Impacting Dutch Nightlife

According to the Bloomberg News, the Netherlands is entering another partial lockdown due to a surge in Covid infections. Starting November 13 bars, restaurants and essential shops must be closed by 8pm while non-essential shops must close by 6pm. This will have a massive effect on the Dutch nightlife especially since they had just been allowed to reopen in late September.
