Movement Getaway Reveals Initial Lineup

After recently announcing that they will be taking their festival to the beach, Movement has just revealed the first confirmed acts for Movement Getaway this November.

Unlike Detroit where the lineup is predominately filled with techno, Movement Getaway is appropriately leaning towards the housier end of the dance spectrum – at least for starters. The Movement Getaway lineup thus far will feature NYC duo, The Martinez Brothers, French trio, Apollonia, Detroit all-star, Stacey Pullen, and a live set from the ever popular, Guti.

Movement Getaway will be revealing additional acts in the near future, and knowing Paxahau there isn’t a doubt that the rest of the lineup will be worth considering a trip to Puerto Rico in November. Tickets are starting as low as $24, and are available through Ticketpop.

Movement Festival Hits the Beach

Movement is shifting it’s industrial roots in Detroit, and trading it in for the serene beaches of Puerto Rico this November. Announced via the Official Movement Facebook page earlier, Movement Getaway will surely bring a refreshing musical experience to Puerto Rico.

No lineup or dates have been announced yet, but the news will have techno junkies and electronic fans buzzing about the possibilities of the Movement Getaway. The 2015 festival in Detroit saw a mind bending lineup as well as a wide range of after parties that had the Motor City in techno paradise for the long weekend.
