The first wave of acts to perform at Oasis Festival Morocco 2020 have been announced. Once again the festival that is undoubtedly North Africaâs premier electronic music festival, continues to show pair incredible cutting edge music with the unique culture, traditions and art of its home city and continent, all set within one of the world’s most unique festival venues.
Oasis line-ups have always blended international headliners and North African rising stars, 2020 will be no different with Honey Dijon, Solomun, Hunee, Ben UFO, Identified Patient, Perel, KiNK and others joining Moroccan talents like Fazee, Jilaa, Malika and Myriam. The festival has been a catalyst for the local scene, exposing international audiences to African artists, labels and crews.
Seth Troxler, Recondite and Amelie Lens Added to Morocco’s Oasis Festival Lineup
Oasis Festival unveils the second wave of acts bound for Marrakech this September, bolstering an already impressive line-up for the pioneering festivalâs landmark fifth edition. Seth Troxler, Amelie Lens, and Recondite lead the latest new additions, along with a host of festival debuts and mainstays of the Moroccan underground scene.
Founded in 2015, Oasis Festival has firmly established itself as North Africaâs premier electronic music festival. Welcoming the worldâs biggest DJs and live acts to Morocco, many for the first time, as well as showcasing a wealth of regional talent, the festivalâs carefully curated programme has helped bring plenty of international attention and new audiences to the flourishing local scene.
Oasis Festival Completes Final Lineup with Sasha, Hot Since 82, Joy Orbison and Sasha
With Moroccoâs Oasis Festival less than two months away, the final wave of artists has been announced for this one-of-a-kind festival experience taking place September 14-16 at the stunning Fellah Hotel in Marrakech. Featuring Sasha, Hot Since 82, Joy Orbison, Cinthie and more, the final add-ons complement an already incredible line-up starring Avalon Emerson, Ben Klock, Carl Cox, DJ Koze, Honey Dijon, Jessy Lanza, Mount Kimbie, Peggy Gou, The Black Madonna and many more. In addition to the music, Oasis Festival will expand its cultural offerings with The Museum of African Contemporary Art Al Maaden (MACAAL) and âWelcome to the Kingdom,’ two new experiences set to showcase the very best of Moroccoâs contemporary art, culture and design.
Moroccoâs Oasis Festival Announces 2018 Phase 1 Lineup
Oasis Festival, Morocco’s luxury and exotic music festival will take place on September 14-16, 2018 on the outskirts of Marrakech. While the event is still 8 months away, this has not stopped the organizers from announcing first wave of acts that will headline this year’s edition of the festival.
Amsterdam Dance Event 2017 Attracts a Record 395,000 Visitors
The recent edition of Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) held this past October 18-22 was an astounding success with organizers reporting a record 395,000 people who attended the five-day event.

Marking its 21st year, ADE has cemented its position as the leading global platform for electronic music. Around 7,200 representatives from over 90 countries participated in this year’s electronic music conference while China hosted a special pavilion to showcase the country’s electronic music scene, a first for ADE. In addition, Morocco was chosen to be spotlighted in this yearâs ADE Global View, highlighting its growing and unique music scene that is beginning to be noticed across the globe.


On the music side, there were more DJs that took part in the ADE Soundlab than ever before. Artists like Martin Garrix, Richie Hawtin, Soulwax and Tiga, Surgeon, Lady Starlight and Oliver Heldens gave an insight into their DJ and studio set ups. Meanwhile night program also included some “cross-overs” with other genres with special productions at unique locations including Underworld performing at the cycle passage of Rijksmuseum and Colin Benders at Rembrandthuis.
