Berlin-based DJ and producer Francesco De Luca has launched his own imprint and new alias entitled Deluka, with the premiere of his track “Infrared” off his upcoming first vinyl release Echoes which includes a stand-out remix by Spanish producer Orbe.
Northern Parallels number fifteen is titled Gradual Landscapes a compilation of well respected artists.

The Godfather of Chicago Techno, DJ Hyperactive, returns to Northern Parallels with a track that chugs and snaps through the darkness. Acid pads reverberate throughout “Mixed Emotions,” tumbling over a swinging and unrelenting kick. Growing layers of rhythmic accents dodge in and out while the synth grows busier and more frantic.
Kvest joins the Impact Mechanics team with the brilliant Lajjun EP featuring two originals.
His sound design and production work speak in volumes. Kvest, already managing to obtain remixes by DJ Hyperactive, Hiroko Yamamura and Jason Patrick.
This Friday, November 23rd, Chicago’s Paradigm Presents welcomes SCI+TEC to the Windy City for a Black Friday experience headlined by label head-honcho Dubfire.
Joining Dubfire are label-mate Lancaster and Chicago techno favorite Jason Patrick. The event will take place at The Mine Music Hall, an event venue not commonly used for electronic music events that will also be prepared with custom production for the occasion, making this a special event in more ways than one.

“PW Gain” is built around a relentless kick. Acid atmospherics hover over a driving beat sparsely accented by a stripped snare.
Klectik026 comes via Construct, a rising techno talent that calls the Midwest city of Milwuakee home. A talented producer and live act, Construct’s past releases have been making quite the buzz throughout the worldwide Techno scene, with support from the likes of Sleeparchive, Electric Indigo, Ricardo Garduno and more.
His music is produced on a complex set-up of modular synthesizer systems, analog drum machines, and effects, a set-up which he also uses for his live shows.
The EP starts with the title track, ‘Planet X’, a spacey atmospheric acid tinged number anchored by a big kick. In the second track of the EP, ‘The Reprise’, the atmospheric vibes continue with dark synth stabs, hypnotic melodies and expressionist effects dotting the landscape on top of powerful bass. The remix of ‘Planet X’ comes by way of Submerge & Hiroko Yamamura. They rework the acidy element of the original in supreme fashion while hooking up some new elements to the mix all anchored by a slamming bed of kick and bass.
The release is already receiving support by some of techno’s biggest names, including James Ruskin, Chris Liebing, Mark Antonio, Arnaud Le Texier, Synthek and Etapp Kyle just to name a few.

The 44th edition of 6AM’s Global Vibe Radio comes courtesy of Jason Patrick. Born and raised in Detroit, Jason now lives in Chicago where he holds a residency at Spybar, one of the most respected underground dance music venues in both the city and North America. Jason has shared the stage with underground dance music heavyweights from around the world, including Marcel Dettmann, Ben Klock, Danny Tenaglia Adam Beyer, Len Faki, Joseph Capriati and RĂždhĂ„d, all the while playing gigs in Miami, Detroit, San Francisco, Resolute and Blkmarket Membership in New York City, as well as Tresor and Chalet in Berlin.
Jason is also the founder of Klectik Records, a label he began in 2007 that is soon to feature its 26th release in the form of a three-track EP by Milwaukee-based Construct, which 6AM will be premiering exclusively next Monday. Both Construct an Jason will also be performing at Spybar on Friday January 27th â a Klectik-hosted night that promises to deliver a wide spectrum of solid techno from open-to-close.
6AM caught up with Jason in occasion of his one-hour mix for Global Vibe Radio, the recent Klectik shows and the upcoming release from Construct.
