Living In The Moment with Will Clarke: “All We Have Is Now”

An instantly recognizable DJ with his unique style and a one-of-a-kind beard, Will Clarke has solidified his place in dance music with hits like ‘Booty Percolatin ’, ‘Techno (Not Techno)’ and recent remix of Adam Beyer’s ‘Your Mind’, as well as releasing on a number of prominent labels including Truesoul, Abode, Relief, Drumcode, Sola, among many others.

Having toured across Japan, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and extensively in the US, Will Clarke has captivated audiences across the globe with his effortless performance style and flawless live sets. Refusing to let this infringe on his music-making, he has released tracks on Abode, Relief, Drumcode and Truesoul already this year – the latter a frenetic two-tracker alongside fellow Bristolian Eli Brown and his first – ever melodic EP ‘Nothing Is Forever’.

Closing out the year with two more EPs on We Are The Brave and TrueSoul, Will is gearing up to debut his own record label All We Have Is Now in 2020. In support of the new project, Will Clarke is set to head out on a tour of exclusively open to close sets across North America, starting with a special NYE performance at La Santa in Santa Ana, California (BUY TICKETS HERE).

In Interview with Joyhauser

One of the biggest success stories this year has come from one of the latest techno duo to emerge out of Europe: Joyhauser. Already well respected in their home country of Belgium, the two were able to gain international notoriety after a line of releases charting and being played around the world.

Joyhauser fell on 6AM’s radar after their release Tribunal with Phobiq back in 2017. Ever since then, they have made Terminal M’s best of 2018 with their breakthrough EP C166W, a single at the beginning of 2019 called “Killer Bee,” and a spectacular remix to Amelie Lens‘ “Hypnotized” a few months later. Thanks to their work in the studio, they have gained the support from Adam Beyer, Marco Bailey, and Kevin De Vries.

Thugfucker on Interdimensional Journeys, Joining Desert Hearts Black and Giving Back To the Industry

Greg Oreck’s always had a knack for finding dance music’s hidden gems. At the beginning of the Thugfucker era, he and former partner Holmar homed in on melodic house and techno, pioneering it to greatness through their own output and also through the then-fledgeling Life and Death imprint that they created with DJ Tennis. Years later as a solo act, Oreck remains at the frontier underground electronica, diligently finding engaging new sounds and movements to support and proliferate.

One such arena he’s fit quite well in is the grassroots, boutique festival sphere. From his many years at Burning Man to headlining Sunset Campout, Thugfucker can often be found all around the globe delivering his distinctly psychedelic stylings to open-minded audiences. This experimentation through performance is what will ultimately give birth to his final form as a solo artist, after all.
