André Winter is one of those people who, with their first breath of air, realized that their heart beats techno. André became interested in electronic music quite early in his life. One of his first releases on Injection Records in the early ’90s (under the Motion Unit monicker together with Mathias Hatting), was actually a real acid treasure. Streaming is bigger than ever before in the world of electronic music, a fact that’s been heightened as we’ve been made to stay at home for much of this year. But while many of us think of Boiler Room when we think of streams, there are in actual fact a glut of companies who’ve been around long before the streaming behemoth. One such company is Clubbing TV, itself a streaming giant which has gathered new momentum during the pandemic. And what’s more, it looks like they’re here to stay for some yet, as they continue to leave an inimitable mark of the scene.
The latest release on Electronic Music Division comes from label boss Lorenzo Dada and is titled Oslo. The imprint was launched by Dada from the existing Electronic Music Division school, a music school located in Rome Italy dedicated to electronic music and new technologies.
RSRRCT is an up and coming DJ and Producer, who has found his home base between Koh Phangan and Amsterdam. Born in Washington D.C., RSRRCT discovered a love for electronic music early in life. At the age of 17, he made the leap and purchased Ableton and got to work learning the craft.
