The Awesome Soundwave label will start 2020 as it means to go on: with an essential new album from Honeysmack that once again raises the bar for Carl Cox’s influential label. Honeysmack Releases “Post Acid” on February 28th.

Recorded live over two days in Coxy’s El Rancho studio, the album is an amalgamation of expansive modular sounds, the likes of which were carefully edited into what you hear now. This truly is an album that bares all the hallmarks of a producer who is currently working on a PHD in acid techno and improved electronic music.

Carl Cox and Christopher Coe Launch New Awesome Soundwave Label with Release of “MNTNS of SLNC” Album

Digital Primate’s Christopher Coe and Carl Cox have announced the launch of their new joint label called Awesome Soundwave.

The imprint, which will focus on live electronic artists, will officially be launched with an album from Coe titled MNTNS of SLNC, inspired by the mountainous, misty landscapes in County Mayo, Ireland. In order to heat things up and ahead of the album release in May, Christopher Coe invited 4 talented producers to expand their musical vision around the first single called “Headland”.
