Nick Garcia makes his debut appearance on PUZL Records with an exciting new EP entitled Stepmode.
The young producer’s musical prowess is undeniable and as his sights turn towards this latest body of work we see him venturing deeper into the experimental and leftfield narratives.
The title track dives into wide soundscapes that send the listener on an interplanetary mission. “Division Sequence” follows through with that narrative but ultimately brings us to the edges of our known universe and into the infinite unknown. “Kromachord,” which we are premiering today,Ā puts gravity back into perspective and brings us down to floor to get down to some good old fashioned foot shufflin’ grooves.
DC-based producer and DJ Nick Garcia is well versed in house music, having helmed the historic Yoshitoshi Recordings for three years. His love affair with synthesizers has landed his music on labels like Edmonton house imprint Night Vision and Bostonās bass music outfit Lifted Contingency
