This Split EP is the first release of Lust Fund on The Umbrella. Although a group effort, it contains two solo tracks from each member.
Side A opens with sexual carpenter Tom Snare’s, “Dynamic Plasma Field”, a deep euphoric groover which prepares your palette like a nice clean aperitif. It’s followed up by Ariel Black’s highly infectious “Crypt Walk” which is a bit like if a Game Boy and Mike Myers from Halloween got together to make a grime banger.
Side B, begins with icy seductress Ariel Black’s, “Super Light Rei”, a certified dancefloor filler designed to lure the most skeptical dancer to their feet. For dessert, things descend into the muck and mire with Tom Snare’s hypnotic and gritty “Miura P400”.
