The after movie for the thrilling Gamma Fest held last July 14-16, 2017 in St. Petersburg, Russia has recently been released. For those who missed it, this should give you a good idea as to why it has become the anticipated techno event that it is and why it deserves to be added to your yearly festival calendar.
Gamma Festival’s 2017 edition drew a crowd of 7,500 who were all treated to a mix of avant-garde experimental music and art exhibitions. It showcased different genres of music, from academic neoclassicism to house music to experimental to deep techno from the likes of Regis, Rrose, Terrence Fixmer, Vatcian Shadow, Xosar, Kettenkarussell and more. The festival took place in the Stepan Razin Brewery, the first Russian brewery founded in 1795.
Gamma Festival has already announced the dates for its 2018 edition, set to happen from July 19th to the 22nd. As always, guests can expect the 2 day avant-garde techno and underground experience the festival has been known for, where eclectic music is balanced against the exhibition space and where attendees can lose themselves amongst the many awe inspiring sculptures and installations for a perfect combination of arts and techno.
