This past Sunday, British producer and DJ Duke Dumont was subjected to abuse while playing a show at Union Hall in Edmonton, the capital of Canadaâs Alberta province.
The artist, known for chart-topping singles such as âNeed U (100%)â, âI Got Uâ and âOcean Drive,â walked off stage after being spat on and getting drinks thrown at him by an unknown individual. He went on the system’s microphone to let his thoughts known to the crowd before ending his set early:
âIf youâre brave enough come the fuck down, come the fuck down now. Whoever did that, come down the stage. If youâre man enough to spit, youâre man enough to come on up here.âÂ
