Listen to the premiere of the hypnotic track “Never Die” by up-and-coming American artist Adrian Hex. As a newcomer to the scene, Adrian Hex is definitely one to watch, as he’s already caught the eye of the highly-esteemed Trau-Ma label.
Recently coming off his Autektone Dark release with Kalkara, Adrian Hex introduces a new solo EP entitled “Never Die” with Trau-Ma records this coming July. Bringing his fast paced, hypnotic sound, Adrian moves quickly into his own as he continues to push the boundaries with his minimalistic, low-moving, and floor-captivating records. Taking influences from artists such as Rene Wise, Dustin Zahn, and Keith Karnal, Adrian aims to captivate New York dancefloors with his forward thinking left-field techno, with sounds heard in places like Rotterdam & Berlin.
After not releasing in over a year, I’m very excited to share something that I feel truly encapsulates me and who I am as artist. As we see clubs start to slowly open back up in NYC, I wanted to focus on an EP meant for the dancefloor. I have always tried to be visceral in pushing the boundaries in this genre space. My hope is to grow this sound and build a community here in Brooklyn where we can push different styles of techno with an added flavor of our own.
