ANOTR: 5 Key Tracks We Love Right Now

The Amsterdam based duo ANOTR is a true revelation within the scene. From day one Jesse van der Heijden and Oguzhan Guney have been called “a breath of fresh air” and “producers to watch”, due to their fresh and innovative approach of music which makes them unique. Where other young artists often feel the pressure to stick to genres ANOTR doesn’t follow the rules and create their own ingenious sound that transcends all borders.

Early 2017 NO ART was born, and immediately the label is colored by innovation and focuses on a sound that’s edgy. Since the start of NO ART, ANOTR have already released several tracks and EPs which received major support within the scene.

With their distinctive sound and unmatched, on-stage energy, ANOTR is gaining support from peers and fans alike, and have graced the stages of Awakenings, DGTL, ANTS at Ushuaia Ibiza, Ultra Resistance, Tomorrowland and plenty more internationally acclaimed clubs, venues and festivals.

The duo share 5 tracks they really like, as they ready for back-to-back set with Luuk van Dijk at Free Your Mind Festival on Saturday 1st June

One On One – All The People Dancing (Peoples Mix) (Esoteric Records)

One of our all-time favourites. The repetitive house vocal makes the people turn their heads every time we play it out. The track keeps building throughout the track. Funky organ bass, funky sax and of the housy beat makes this a perfect dancefloor groover.

Tuccilo – City Lights
 (8Bit)

We have been playing out this one for a really long time now, once you listen to it you’ll understand why.

Toman – Fantanized
 (No Art)

This one came out on our own label No Art. Toman who’s a good friend of ours and a great producer, is the one to watch for us.

Inland Knights – After Me (20/20 Vision)

This beast has been played out a lot by us, the tension of this track works every time we play it out. Whether we play a long set or a short one, this hypnotic beat works perfect in peak time sets as well as warm up sets.

Lazare Hoche & Malin Genie – Pressure Baby
 (Lazare Hoche Records)

We always love to take a step back in our sets, this one does the job right.
