Lucy & Rrose Announce Collaboration as The Lotus Eaters, Debut Album on Stroboscopic Artefacts and Debut Gig at ADE 2018

Lucy and Rrose join forces for a brand-new collaboration under The Lotus Eaters moniker, complete with a debut album released on Stroboscopic Artefacts entitled Desatura.

Lucy and Rrose have established themselves separately as techno artists with an experimental approach through their own labels (Stroboscopic Artefacts and Eaux, respectively). They immediately connected and started to work together, first with remixes and later making music together in the studio.

Following two EPs signed Lucy and Rrose and entitled ‘The Lotus Eaters’ (SA, 2016) and ‘The Lotus Eaters II’ (Eaux, 2018), the first release signed under the project name The Lotus Eaters is their first album ‘Desatura’, exploring “themes of physical density, emptiness and space” due October 5th  on 2×12”, CD and digital formats.

The Lotus Eaters will premiere their live act at the Stroboscopic Artefacts showcase at ADE 2018 in Amsterdamwith follow-up gigs planned but yet to be announced.
