Housekeeping have enjoyed a stellar summer, having become one of Ibizaâs big success stories this year, playing regularly at In The Dark at the new club on the island, HĂŻ Ibiza, alongside Joris Voorn, Steve Lawler, Nic Fanciulli, Luciano, and Kölsch; as well as with Black Coffee at his HĂŻ residency, and Ants at UshuaĂŻa. Housekeeping next appear at the HĂŻ Ibiza closing party on the 8th October after already featuring on In The Dark’s closing event this past September 21st. The collective are also doing a “Trilogy” of three residencies at Koko, London between September and November, further proof of the lengths their music is being supported by industry peers and music fans alike.
Taylor from the Housekeeping collective has also just released “My Body” – a sharp and explosive floor-filler, complete with a powerful, yet soulful, male vocal thatâs perfectly deployed alongside a deep and energetic, stabbing bass line that keeps on building. Itâs just been described as a âdancefloor bombâ by DJ Mag and has been supported by DJs such as UNER, Danny Tenaglia, Richy Ahmed, Technasia, Hector Romero, De La Swing, Miguel Migs, and Paco Osuna. When picking the big tracks we played at HĂŻ Ibiza, KOKO London and Mykonos this summer, Olimpic seems a great place to start. Nick’s use of a groovy base line with high energy, there is never a bad time to drop this track.
We love this remix by Dixon, brings the tempo of the room down beautifully giving space to build tension in the room.
We held this track back for us to play all summer and have just released ‘My Bodyâ. Itâs been going down as well as it did at HĂŻ Ibiza all summer.
